Massage is an effective treatment for managing a range of conditions caused by injury, tension and incorrect posture. Some of these include: subacute/chronic low back pain; headaches, neck and jaw tension; post and pre exercise preparation or recovery; anxiety, stress and insomnia, soft tissue injuries. Benefits include general feeling of wellbeing, relaxation and stress relief which improves the quality of sleep and mobility.
Regardless of your current level of activity (or inactivity), massage is a fantastic complimentary therapy that can assist in improving and maintaining the quality of soft tissue movement (muscles, ligaments and tendons), through all stages of life (children, teens, adults, and elderly).
As an active sports person, Kerrie has a passion for improving the quality of people’s lives through massage and has over 12 years’ experience providing remedial, sports and pregnancy massage. She has worked with diverse clients from a range of backgrounds, including:
- students and teachers;
- pregnancy clients
- athletes (amateur and professional),
- business professionals,
- disabled, and
- patients suffering chronic or life-threatening illness, like cancer.
Kerrie uses various techniques during your massage session, which are tailored to meet individual needs. Some of these techniques include: Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, PNF stretching and dry needling (on request).

Kerrie grew up on a dairy farm in Country NSW as the eldest of 4 children, and has been a keen sports person who enjoys running, touch football, golf, tennis, dancing, yoga, swimming, gym, boxing, soccer and horse riding.
Kerrie is focused on continuous learning, enjoys reading, watching movies, connecting with family, friends, loves listening (and dancing) to great tunes and actively volunteers in the community (most recently at Sanford Riding for the disabled).
In addition to massage, she has a background in HR, Marketing, Executive support, has a flair for fashion design and is proud dance/music mum to her daughter.
